What is KScore & KW Prep?
KSCORE is designed to make a career in real estate more accessible by providing a full scholarship education through a partnership with Kaplan Real Estate Education.
Along with our KSCORE program, we also offer KW Prep, which is a 17 module program that follows along with your real estate courses to really drive home the course material, so that you are more prepared for your real estate exam!
In Ohio, you must successfully complete 100 hours of approved real estate education. This education must include:

40 hours of Real Estate Principles and Practices

40 hours of Ohio Real Estate Law

10 hours of Real Estate Appraisal

10 hours of Real Estate Finance
